The following information is required when requesting a fire station tour. You will be contacted by Whitby Fire and Emergency Services once completed forms are received. For additional information call: (905) 668-3312.

Please Note:

  • Requests must be booked at least one month prior to event date
  • Tours will be arranged according to availability and resources of staff and schedules. Tour availability is not guaranteed.
  • Tour groups cannot exceed 20 people
  • Children must be a minimum of 5 years of age to participate in a station tour, adequate adult supervision must be present
  • Station tours are approximately 45 mins in length. Shorter tours can be arranged.
  • Groups must stay with their tour leader at all times and abide by safety rules
  • Staff will be required to respond to emergency calls. If a truck/crew receives a call all tour participants must leave the building immediately. Contact Whitby Fire and Emergency Services to reschedule the tour if desired.

  • Please provide multiple date and time options to increase chances of availability. 
  • Requests must be booked at least one month prior to station tour request date.
  • Children must be 5 years of age or older.

Please note: Tours must take place between the follow time frames:

  • 9:00am - 11:00am
  • 1:30pm - 4:00pm
  • 6:15pm - 7:30pm
